BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
FROM 6 PASSENGERS & CHARTERS
From 1 to 6 passengers
If the booking is made 181 days or more prior to departure:
•Upon confirmation a 1st deposit of 20% of the gross price in order to guarantee the reservation
•120 days prior to sailing date a 2nd deposit of 20%
•90 days a non-refundable deposit of 30%
•Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure
•60 days prior or less to departure a non-refundable payment for the full amount of the charter is due.
•Upon confirmation a deposit of $ 200 is due at time of booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
•Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to the sailing yacht.
FIT CANCELLATION POLICY
•If a cancellation is received between reconfirmation and 30 days prior to the sailing date, we will charge US$ 150.00 per person as handling fee.
•If cancellation is received between 30 days prior to the sailing date, the full cost of the cruise will be charged as a cancellation fee.
•Note: In cases of acts of providence we postpone your trip to another date we agree within the next 365 days.
•Deposits or payment in case of cancellation are refundable if your space on the yacht is resold by us. This reimbursement will be made only after sailing date.
CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY
•If a cancellation is received between reconfirmation and 120 days prior the sailing date, we will charge the first deposit of 20% as handling fee.
•119 days prior to the sailing date, the first and second deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee.
•If cancellation is received between 60 days prior to sailing date, the full charter price will be applied as cancellation penalty.
•Deposits or payment in case of cancellation are refundable if the charter is resold by us. This reimbursement will be made only after sailing date.
